Your way to Holisticon

Talents and professionals should start with us with a good feeling. Our application process ensures that it's a good fit for everyone right from the start.

Application

We look forward to receiving your complete application documents. Most important to us are your CV and your project list. This also includes private projects if you do not yet have any professional experience. Your degree does not play the biggest role at Holisticon. What matters is your willingness to learn.

Exchange

If we have the impression that it might be a good fit, we'll give you a call. This allows us to get to know each other briefly and answer initial questions. The invitation to an appointment at Holisticon will then be sent to your mailbox by email.

Get to know

In a personal interview, we introduce ourselves in detail, have plenty of time for your questions and want to get to know you even better. Specialist knowledge is of course important. But above all, it has to be a good fit for both sides. We are curious about you and look forward to having a coffee together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Task

Both sides want to go further? Great! In the next step, we ask developers and consultants to work on a small (programming) task. In the second interview, our specialist colleagues will give you feedback. We then talk about contract terms, benefits and the Holisticon salary model.

Welcome

We will send you an offer and discuss it with you in a call. We can then exchange ideas and clarify any final questions. Soon you'll be part of Holisticon. And that's great.
