Zombie Scrum workshop

The „Zombie Scrum Survival Guide” workshop. Although it may look like Scrum at first glance, something is missing from the system. In this workshop you will learn to recognize and cure Scrum diseases.

In this workshop, we will take you into the world of Zombie Scrum and the anti-patterns. We will provide you with important impulses and tools for improving your Scrum systems.

Under the guidance of the experienced facilitator and co-author of the “Zombie Scrum Survival Guide”, you can expect the following topics in a mix of exchange and clarification formats:

Zombie Scrum Survival Guide

In the “Zombie Scrum Survival Guide” Johannes Schartau, Christiaan Verwijs and Barry Overeem explain the origins of the terrible disease, explain how to recognize the symptoms and provide helpful experiments for curing infected systems.

To carry out a remote training course, you need:

  • Laptop/PC with camera, microphone and loudspeaker (or headset)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Fighting gene, the book does not need to have been read beforehand
