What will you learn in this workshop?

Under the guidance of an experienced coach, you can expect the following topics in a mix of exchange and clarification formats:

Theory: Development of Liberating Structures (LS) and differences to conventional microstructures
LS standard repertoire: an overview of the most important structures
Deep dive: Understanding the mechanisms of the individual LS and using them effectively in your own day-to-day work
The basics of string building: sequences of LS for different meeting formats
Tips, tricks, variants and pitfalls in the use of LS

What prerequisites do you need for this workshop?

As an individual, you can take part in this workshop at any time. Please take a look at our public Liberating Structures workshops. For in-house workshops for your team or organization, you will need a sufficiently large room for interaction.

To conduct a remote workshop, you need:

Laptop/PC with camera, microphone and loudspeaker (or headset)
A stable internet connection
Installation/access to the “Zoom” tool (https://zoom.us/)

Feel free to contact us if you do not have access to “Zoom”, if you have several participants or if you do not have a sufficiently large room available - we will find a solution!
