Kanban training

Experience and learn the basics of Kanban in this practice-oriented training from our experts.

General information

    duration: 1 day
    target group: leaders and team
    language: German and English
    number of participants: 6-12
    location: presence or remote

For a long time, Kanban was far less well known than the great agile pioneer Scrum. In the meantime, Kanban is finding its way into more and more organizations. Understandably so. Kanban is particularly powerful in environments with many short-term requests that need to be processed quickly and rapidly changing priorities. By visualizing work steps and tasks and collecting measurement data, bottlenecks in the system are quickly identified. This makes it possible to react more quickly to changes and improve planning and quality. Explicit prioritization rules are agreed and the Kanban board presents the tasks in order of priority transparently for everyone. From our many years of working with our customers, we know what you need to know about Kanban to take the first step into the agile world, either on your own or with our support.
