Business idea realized
Exploration & validation scenarios
A global energy and automation technology group, previously only active in the B2B sector, planned to conquer the consumer market and sell EV chargers (wallboxes) directly to end customers in a partnership with a car manufacturer.
In a combination of exploration and validation scenarios, we worked with the client to examine the business idea in terms of profitability and customer benefit. In doing so, we worked out how the offer should be designed so that it is more interesting for customers than purchasing a wallbox separately. The result was a customer journey that takes the customer by the hand from the purchase of the wallbox to the installation on site in such a way that they no longer have to worry about almost anything. With this preliminary work, the customer was then able to start preparations for an implementation project.
Automation potential consistently utilized
Acceleration scenario
A large insurance group wanted to replace its host-based health benefits system with a modern, process-oriented solution - with the aim of completely automating as many billing processes as possible. Together with the customer, we designed the path from the project idea to implementation maturity as part of our acceleration scenario.
This included the design of lean target processes with maximum automation potential as well as the design of a user-centered interface and the structured selection of suitable technologies.
The result: an application with an industry-leading automation rate that enables the insurance group to handle increasing order volumes cost-effectively.
Reliable decision template developed
Individual scenario
A leading logistics group was faced with the challenge of replacing an outdated portal solution with legal and technical risks. Although the project idea was already in place, there was a lack of requirements, target groups and implementation clarity.
Thanks to our modular approach, we were able to start where the need was most acute: with a clear target picture, prioritization of key requirements, development of a viable implementation architecture and support for the tendering process, including partner selection. As a result, this approach led to a robust decision template that allowed us to hand over the project for implementation in a structured and coordinated manner.
