We consistently think new products digitally. We smoothly translate current business processes into the digital world, analyze them in detail and present them using BPMN or other approaches, for example. Digitalization often makes inefficiencies visible in the first place and can then be mitigated or completely resolved by changing the process.
In the next step, we look at the users and their needs and design the software architecture, user experience and interface accordingly. If necessary, we also plan the integration into the existing system landscape. During implementation, we work with the latest technological approaches from the Java world and enterprise architecture approaches such as event sourcing or CQRS for high-load application platforms.
To ensure continuous value creation and high effectiveness, we also provide support at organizational level in setting up agile teams and implementing suitable agile working methods. Through close coaching of product owners, for example, we ensure sustainable, efficient and value-enhancing further development throughout the entire life cycle of digital products.
