Björn Serving appointed new Co-CEO of Holisticon AG
Björn Serving has been appointed as the new Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO) of Holisticon AG. Serving has been Head of Growth at Holisticon for several years and, in this role, has already been responsible for the future direction of the company.

Björn Serving succeeds Dierk Harbeck, who founded the company in 2007 together with Co-CEO Oliver Ihns. Harbeck is stepping down as CEO after more than 19 years and will join the Supervisory Board.
A native of Sweden, Björn Serving brings extensive expertise in corporate management and management consulting. He has earned a reputation for identifying lucrative opportunities, forging strategic alliances, and increasing operational efficiency. His unique perspective combines Sweden's innovative, people-oriented approach with Germany's precision and operational excellence—a combination that enables him to develop visionary yet pragmatic solutions. As an important link to the Nexer Group, majority shareholder and strategic partner of the German boutique for digital transformation, Serving not only brings technical expertise to the table, but also valuable international networks and perspectives.
After more than 19 years as co-CEO, I feel that now is the right time for me to hand over operational management. I am proud of what we have built together. With Björn, I am handing over responsibility to an exceptional successor who has the strategic skills and international experience to lead Holisticon into its next phase of growth.
Björn Serving will continue to develop Holisticon's “Transform today” vision and strengthen the company as a boutique for digital transformation. His focus is on positioning Holisticon as a forward-thinking partner that provides companies with comprehensive support on their journey through transformation – from strategic vision to organizational implementation to technological excellence. With his expertise, he will work to ensure that Holisticon remains the partner for its customers that translates strategy into feasible steps and successfully completes digitization projects.
