Liberating Structures Online Workshop
Who led the digital transformation in your company? We all know the answer to this question by now: “COVID-19”. During these times most of us are working from home and are looking for new ways to collaborate with colleagues and peers.
Turned upside down: new perspectives for remote-work using Liberating Structures
We want to support you on this journey with this free workshop hosted by Hamburg@Work to share your challenges and exchange ideas. We would also like to provide new perspectives and solutions on how to deal with current difficulties. Looking at new perspectives will help you identify what you and your co-workers need to successfully work together remotely. We will be using different Liberating Structures during this workshop – simple interaction methods that are designed to enhance creativity within the group. They also ensure that everyone is included in shaping the next steps. If you want to dive a little deeper into your own remote work then this workshop is just right for you. We look forward to seeing you there.
(Note: This event will be held in German!)
